Please note that a cleaning fee applies, and the amount may vary depending on the specific property you choose. Experience peace of mind knowing that your accommodations at Pocono Serenity are meticulously cleaned and sanitized, allowing you to relax and immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the Pocono Mountains.

ENJOYING OUR COMMUNITIES

Additionally, please be aware that for select properties, a community registration fee may apply. This fee is associated with access to exclusive community amenities, ensuring that you can fully enjoy all that the area has to offer during your stay. Among these amenities is access to the community pool, available from Memorial Day to Labor Day. As part of your reservation, we provide 10 pool passes for your convenience. However, please note that a fee of $75 will be charged for any lost or missing passes. It's important to keep in mind that while we strive to provide uninterrupted access to these amenities, the community reserves the right to close the pools due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, such as a shortage of lifeguards. While we do not have control over these closures, rest assured that we promptly communicate any issues to our guests, ensuring transparency and peace of mind throughout your stay.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE

*Guests are urged to purchase travel cancellation insurance.
*If Home is in Gated community. Guests must initially register at the welcome center. Detailed information will be sent in the confirmation email.
*No car pass sharing allowed (each registered vehicle will have it's own pass).
*No fireworks/flying lanterns within the community.
*Guests must submit a rental agreement, community lease and ID at least 1 week prior to check in to avoid $75 later registration fee.
*Trash/recycling must be brought to the trash/recycling cans located outside.
*Guests use amenities at their own risk.
*Any reservations made 1 week or less, prior to check-in will have additional $75 late registration fee which we must pay to the community.
